The Lamb laboratory is located in the Aronoff Laboratory in the main campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. The lab studies transcriptional regulation during plant development using Arabidopsis thaliana as a model system. We use molecular, biochemical, and genetic approaches to study how transcriptional regulation contributes to development of the plant body plan. We concentrate on the role of transcription factors during flower development and on the networks these factors control. |
