Membership Committee:  John Deller/John Navarro – Plans for the Ohio Fish and Wildlife Conference are progressing.  They are putting together the job postings for the board that will be on display at the OFWC meeting.  They have contacted the EPA, Division of Parks, and Soil and Water to get job postings for the job board; however, everyone including ODW is waiting for the budget to be finalized before posting positions.  There may be some ODW positions on Lake Erie, but they will probably be last minute additions.

A motion was made by Mike Costello: For one year, beginning February 16, 2001, John Deller should bring donuts for all Excom meetings.  This motion was seconded by Randy Sanders, and all committee members agreed.

Deb noted that dues will now be refunded bi-annually.

Secretary/Treasurer: Stacy Xenakis - Financially the chapter is stable.  Balance as of 1/30/01 was $3,597.37.  Following the final printing of the stream book, the savings account will be closed.  Stacy will begin looking for another bank where bank fees are lower.

Newsletter Editor: Joe Mion – Joe suggested that we begin e-mailing the newsletter (send hard copies to those who we don’t have e-mail addresses).  He wants to put his energy into the web-site rather than a hard copy newsletter.  The web-site will be more dynamic and efficient.  He offered the use of his personal e-mail account for the web-site.  To move forward, a change in the bi-laws must be voted on.  This topic was tabled until the annual meeting.

Past President:  Mike Costello –Mike will set up a spreadsheet for members to type in their e-mail addresses at the OFWC.  Carey Knight and Stacy Xenakis will be responsible for getting member’s addresses at the meeting.
