Annual Public Lecture and Open House
The MUSEUM OPEN HOUSE 2010 was held on Saturday February 13 from 10 AM to 4 PM.
The topic for this year was "Symbiosis" -- discovering the fascinating ways plants and animals rely upon each other.

On Friday, February 26 at 7 PM we hosted a special BIODIVERSITY LECTURE
given by the well-known ant researcher Dr. Bert Hölldobler. The title of his talk was "Symbiosis in Ant Societies".
An appreciative audience learned about ant behavior and interactions from this pioneering researcher.
