Welcome to the home page of the Ohio State University's Museum of Biological Diversity. The Museum is part of the College of Biological Sciences and the departments of Entomology and Evolution, Ecology & Organismal Biology.

The Museum of Biological Diversity performs biological research, supports science education, and preserves biological materials for future generations using funding from private, state, and federal sources. Research includes local interests as well as studies with a global focus.

There are no public exhibits at this facility; it is a research institution comprising five units -- Acarology, Borror Lab, Entomology, Herbarium and Zoology -- as well as research units in Limnology and Bioacoustics.
