What's new:

• Our 2003 Lake Erie/Inland Research Review Meeting was a huge success. Thanks to all the attendees and presenters. The Lake Erie/Inland Research Review Meeting is an opportunity for academic and agency aquatic biologists to share the results of collaborative research between the Ohio Department of Nature Resources, Division of Wildlife, and researchers at Ohio universities.
  
• Annie Jacob is a visiting scholar at the lab. She received her Master's of Science in marine biology from Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kerala, India.
  
• Felix Martinez, Ph.D. Candidate, is currently a Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellow in Washington, D.C.
  
• Congratulations to these recent AEL graduates!
  
  • Dr. Bo Bunnell graduated on December 13, 2002, after defending his dissertation research on November 19.
    
  • Grace Kilbane successfully defended her Master's of Science on January 17, 2003.

Dr. Roy Stein kicks off the 2003 Lake Erie/Inland Research Review Meeting. Over 80 academic and agency aquatic biologists convened for presentations of collaborative research between the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Wildlife, and academic researchers at OSU and Miami University.	In honor of the OSU football team's National Championship, Matt Gearhiser says "Go Bucks!" during a recent sampling trip to Pleasant Hill Reservoir.
