Computing Facilities

We have 2 PCs running Windows XP and a Mac OS X 10 system for general use by the lab for image processing, sequence analysis and general internet browsing.

We have a dedicated multiprocessor Intel Xeon machine for microarray analysis which also acts as a data repository of the microarray experiments performed by the lab and collaborators.

In addition, the lab internal database for primers, lab stocks and DNA stocks are hosted on a dedicated Fedora Linux machine.

The lab has an 802.11g Wireless LAN that enables secure anytime, anywhere access to the internet.
