The Snow Lab

Patty Sweeney, Amy Campbell, Jinguo Gao, Allison Snow, Kristin Mercer

We study natural selection and ecological processes within plant populations, including pollination biology, plant-herbivore interactions, conservation biology, and the dynamics of gene flow (especially involving transgenic plants).  Our work encompasses ecological and demographic techniques and often involves using genetic markers (allozymes, RAPDs, ISSRs, microsatellites, and phenotypic traits).
